I believe nothing is more valuable than a smile—it truly feeds the soul. My art is rooted in celebrating the love and joy that surround us, and I paint with the intention of bringing a smile to your face every time you experience my work.

I’m not interested in strict realism, but in the emotion that brushwork and technique can evoke. I work through a reductive painting approach—removing paint from a previously coated surface, wiping away wet oil paint, and working wet-on-wet to reveal and define form. Along the way, happy accidents often emerge, giving the brushstrokes a voice and bringing my paintings to life. It’s a process of uncovering rather than building, allowing expression to surface through subtraction.

I deeply believe in the power of storytelling. We are all captivated by a good story, and I tell mine through color, form, brushstrokes, and canvas. Fascinated by human emotion and expression, I strive to capture the spirit of my subjects, infusing each piece with vibrant energy and movement.​

What truly completes my work is the connection it creates with you, the viewer. Each painting leaves space for your own emotions, memories, and experiences, allowing the story to continue beyond my brushstrokes and become uniquely yours.

My journey as an artist has been filled with moments I never could have imagined. My work has been exhibited internationally at the Modigliani Foundation in Venice during the Venice Biennale, the French Embassy in Monaco, the Gap Foire Expo in France, the Swiss Cathedral in Switzerland, and Sophart Gallery in Mexico City.

Closer to home, I have exhibited at The Gallery at Penn College and The Lore Degenstein Gallery in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Each opportunity has been a gift, reminding me of the extraordinary way art can connect people across every distance.

When interviewed by Fiona Powell for WVIA Radio, I reflected on how my paintings resonate with audiences from different cultural landscapes.

For me, every exhibition is an invitation to share a story—one told through brushstrokes and color, and completed by the emotions and memories each viewer brings to it.
